यह हिंदुस्तान हमारा है ।

सारे जग से न्यारा है ।।

यहाँ नदियाँ गंगा-यमुना बहतीं हैं,

जो लोगों का भविष्य कहतीं हैं ।।

जहां लोग नहाने जाते हैं ।

अपने पापों को धुलकर आते हैं ।।

जिसके जल का दृश्य सबसे प्यारा है,

वह देश भारत, सबका और हमारा है ।।


यहाँ पृथ्वी का स्वर्ग स्थापित है ।

यहाँ दक्षिणी भारत का डूबता सूर्य प्रकाशित है ।।

जहाँ का दृश्य देखने देशी-विदेशी आते हैं

और अपने मन को बहला कर जाते हैं,
